Behind The Scenes: Preparing a Video for the Channel
This is a behind-the-scenes look at how I prepare a video for the YouTube channel and Instagram feed.
I have been meaning to do this for a while, not only to share how I do it, but also, and probably more importantly to document the process for me, so I do not forget.
I brake up the process in to two different videos that explained the process. It does not include the recording of the original raw video, but everything that happens after.
Part 1
In Part 1, I take a 27-minute raw video recording and edit / clean and prep it to serve as the baseline . It gets reduced to 3 minutes using Movavi Video Editor Plus 2021 and get it ready for the next step.
Part 2
In Part 2, I take the baseline video, and add all of the items, overlays and pieces I place in my YouTube and Instagram videos. I also create the 45 second Instagram video.
It is always fun to try to match music to the videos. I always consider jazz relaxing, kind of a thinking music, so that is why I am thinking jazz will be the music for the behind-the-music series…
